Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring a Digital Sales Manager for its Digital Agency Channel, where insurance products are sold through digitally empowered advisors. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing digital insurance advisors while driving sales performance through digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving assigned sales and revenue targets, supporting advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition, guiding them on digital selling techniques, and ensuring high productivity. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing advisor performance, conducting regular coaching sessions, monitoring KPIs, building strong relationships with advisors and customers, promoting life insurance products through digital platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, and driving business expansion through online and digital distribution channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales, digital marketing, communication, relationship management, and business development skills with 1–6 years of experience in sales, insurance, or digital channel management.
