Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by driving performance governance, talent effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The role involves leading the end-to-end Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) framework, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, performance calibration, merit-based differentiation, documentation, governance, and manager coaching. The candidate will design and execute employee engagement programs, conduct pulse surveys, analyze engagement data, improve workplace culture, address retention risks, and support organizational capability development. Responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, ensuring policy compliance, coaching managers on grievance handling and workplace conduct, analyzing HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends, developing HR dashboards, delivering predictive talent insights, supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization, driving HR technology adoption, collaborating with senior leadership and business units, influencing HR strategy, and ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
