**"Objective of the role: As an HR & Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility would be to enable organizational effectiveness by seamlessly integrating executive support with strategic HR functions. The role involves managing leadership calendars, coordinating key business meetings, and driving HR initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and leadership development. You will actively contribute to strategic planning, employee engagement, and people development programs while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A blend of discretion, strategic insight, and people-centric execution is essential to excel in this role. Role Description: Talent Acquisition & Retention – Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding to attract high-caliber talent aligned with organizational values. Implement effective retention strategies through engagement initiatives, career pathing, and continuous feedback mechanisms. Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs and ensure proactive workforce planning. Leverage employer branding initiatives to enhance InspireOne's visibility as an employer of choice. Talent Development (TD) – Collaborate with business heads to identify skill gaps and create structured development plans. Coordinate external and internal learning programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI measurement. Performance Management (PM) – Facilitate the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes that link individual performance with organizational success. Provide analytics and insights to leadership for informed decision-making on talent movements and rewards. Learning Management (LM) & Employee Engagement – Support leadership development initiatives including succession planning, coaching, and mentoring programs. Drive a culture of collaboration, recognition, and open communication through engagement activities. Analyse engagement data and recommend actionable interventions to strengthen morale and retention. Competencies Essential – Excellence in coordination, planning, and organizational management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in executive interactions. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. Competencies Desirable – Strategic thinking and business acumen. Understanding of HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Employee Engagement. Stakeholder and relationship management across leadership levels. Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced settings. Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations. Role: HR Generalist.
