Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise all shop floor production activities and ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations. Allocate work efficiently among production workers and monitor task completion. Control work output to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage material flow on the shop floor to avoid delays and production bottlenecks. Coordinate with the design team by providing feedback for drawing corrections and design updates based on production observations. Prepare and submit daily production reports to management. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in production and shop floor management. Hands-on experience in fabrication and manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of welding, machining, machine assembly, and production processes. Experience in manpower handling, production planning, scheduling, and supervision. Ability to maintain productivity, quality standards, and timely execution of manufacturing activities. Preference will be given to candidates with strong leadership skills and experience managing fabrication shop floor teams. The company prefers women candidates for this role.
