Project Manager (IAM & Infosec)

Miratech is seeking an experienced Project Manager (IAM & Infosec) to lead enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Information Security transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will leverage Agile, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies to drive successful delivery of technology and cybersecurity projects while coordinating cross-functional teams across globally distributed environments. The role serves as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and technology teams, ensuring business and security requirements are accurately captured, project dependencies are managed, and solutions are effectively delivered and adopted across the organization. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams using Agile and Hybrid delivery models, removing project impediments, supporting Product Owners in backlog management, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, facilitating increment planning sessions, defining project scope, building release plans, managing Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities, and ensuring smooth product delivery. The Project Manager will champion project governance, change management processes, standard operating procedures, and Agile best practices while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value. Additional responsibilities include coaching Scrum Masters and leadership teams on Agile and Lean practices, contributing to enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, managing stakeholder communication, solving project challenges creatively, overseeing project lifecycle activities, adapting leadership approaches based on team needs, and ensuring successful execution of Information Technology and Cyber Security initiatives. Candidates should possess more than 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving business process changes, organizational transformation, and enterprise technology implementations. Experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, software development, business analysis, project and program management, and system development life cycle (SDLC) is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required. Certification such as PMI, APM, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is considered an advantage. The position is an on-site role based in Gurugram with office attendance required five days per week.
