Job description
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram - primary channel) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
2. Build full-funnel strategies awareness (creative storytelling, lifestyle ads), consideration (product-focused campaigns), and conversion (retargeting & performance campaigns)
3. Align campaigns with seasonal trends (festivals, home makeovers, gifting)
4. Work closely with design/content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives (UGC, lifestyle, reels, statics) and test multiple hooks, formats, and storytelling angles
5. Understand visual appeal for home decor (aesthetic, mood, and placement)
6. Drive creative testing frameworks (A/B testing)
7. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
8. Optimize audience segments (lookalikes, interests, retargeting), bidding strategies, and budget allocation
9. Suggest improvements in product pages (images, copy, pricing psychology) and checkout funnel
10. Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and revenue attribution
11. Set up and manage tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and GTM
