Role & Responsibilities Build and maintain the iTarang CRM across its full workflow (OEM iTarang Dealer Customer), including lead generation, dealer onboarding, finance enablement, and after-sales modules. Develop responsive, enterprise-grade frontend interfaces (multi-step forms, progress trackers, admin review consoles, verification card systems, dashboards) using a modern framework (React/Next.js) with clean, fintech-quality UX. Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs (Node.js) covering inventory, lead lifecycle, agreement tracking, and admin workflows, with transactional integrity (row-level locks, atomic reservations). Model and manage relational database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) leads, dealers, inventory, product master, price history — including foreign keys, status lifecycles, and audit trails. Integrate third-party APIs: Decentro (Aadhaar/PAN/CIBIL/DigiLocker KYC), Digio (eSign/eStamp, webhook callbacks), and AI dialer (Bolna/Eleven Labs), handling consent flows, payloads, callbacks, and error/retry states. Implement security: JWT authentication, role-based access (Admin/Dealer/Sales/CEO), CSRF protection (double-submit cookie), and field-level data protection. Handle conditional/state-driven flows (finance vs. cash paths, skipped steps, status transitions) with clear UX states and error handling. Write clean, maintainable, modular code; participate in code reviews; and collaborate with product, design, and integration teams. Preferred Candidate Profile 0–3+ years building production full-stack web applications, ideally SaaS or fintech-style platforms. Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js) and backend Node.js (Express/NestJS). Solid relational database experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL): schema design, indexing, transactions, and migrations. Hands-on experience integrating third-party REST APIs, webhooks, and especially KYC/eSign/payment Sound understanding of web security (JWT, OAuth, CSRF/XSS prevention) and role-based access control. Comfortable translating BRDs/specs into shippable features; values lean V1 delivery with an iterative "build, observe, improve" mindset. Eye for UI/UX detail and ability to deliver polished, conversion-optimized interfaces. Strong ownership, clear communication, and ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and integration partners.
