Healthcare Recruiter

Lancesoft is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier healthcare professionals (such as Nurses, Allied Health professionals, and Technicians) across major healthcare systems in the United States. This is a fast-paced, target-oriented role perfect for a fresher who is an excellent communicator and eager to build a career in international recruitment. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across the US. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates like RN MS/Tele, ICU Nurses, and Lab Technicians. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate clinical skills, certifications, availability, and cultural fit. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent, ensuring a positive "human-centric" candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pay rates, travel allowances, and benefits with candidates to ensure successful placements and high retention. Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the credentialing team to ensure all healthcare professionals meet state-specific licensing and facility requirements. Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate statuses daily. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA in HR or Healthcare Management is a plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build rapport with American candidates. Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in US Night Shifts to align with North American time zones. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and an ability to learn recruitment tools quickly.
