About Digital Alchemist Digital Alchemist is a creative-first digital marketing agency working with brands across real estate, lifestyle, D2C, corporate, and service sectors. We focus on high-impact visuals, fast execution, and real-world campaigns. Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team full-time, on-site. This role requires strong fundamentals in design, the ability to work fast without compromising quality, and comfort handling multiple brands in an agency environment. Key Responsibilities - Design creatives for social media platforms (posts, carousels, stories, ads) - Create performance marketing creatives for Meta & Google Ads - Design print and offline collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, standees, catalogues - Work on pitch decks, brand profiles, and presentations - Develop branding assets including logos and brand guidelines - Use Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign as primary tools - Use Canva only for quick edits and faster turnaround - Ensure brand consistency and meet tight deadlines Tools & Software Primary: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign Support: Canva (basic) Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1-year professional experience - Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory - Experience in digital and print design - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency Portfolio Requirements - Portfolio mandatory (digital + print work) - Real brand or agency work preferred
